Message jus sum info for ppl interested, about sound..

i've been shopping around for awhile for a deck since i've been driving around with no music for half a year now, and couldnt really decide on one product i liked, since everybody has different opinions on what to get, alpine, pioneer, kenwood, all different kinds of shiat.. and checking out most of them at the store, i liked all of them, but kinda felt like alpine n pioneer decks were getting played out..

i decided to make a decision strictly on 2 things.. sound quality / output, and clean look.. n so i came accross the panasonic head unit, which was putting out way over the ave. 18-26 watts RMS.. it claims 60 rms, but audio guys told me it's actually about 32 rms.. which is still better then the rest, and i got it in put it in yesterday and i was VERY satisfied..

the installation was so easy, i think anyone coulda done it.. just match up the ground, power, speakers, and plug it in.. and after you mess around with the right equalizer / treble / bass settings, the sound quality is simply amazing. i only have the head unit, bose speakers with bose amp disabled, and kenwood tweaters.. but the music is very clear and loud, my friend said he could hear the music clearly from behind me on the freeway, at least most of the highs..

iono how much retail is now, but for the 350 bux including shipping n taxes i got it for on ebay, i would rate it a 9.5 / 10.. now i'm dying to get a subwoofer because i have almost no bass =(

at night this thing is pretty bright, and the middle part lights up and shifts between like 10 colors smoothly (red gets lighter to pink, lighter to white, etc..) for a glowy effect, but u can turn it off or set it to one color if u want..
